Introduction & acceptance
1.1. These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) governing your use of this website and any purchase of goods or services from Oshun Skin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or ordering from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the site will apply. We will notify you of significant changes.
Who we are / contact details / business identity
2.1. We are Oshun Skin, registered in the UK - Oshun Skin LTD, 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.
2.2. If you need to contact us about these Terms, you can email [oshunskn@gmail.com] or write to our address (above).
Eligibility / accounts
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal authority) to place an order with us.
3.2. If you create an account, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, complete information; (b) maintain security of your login; (c) accept all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
Products / descriptions / availability
4.1. We strive to accurately describe products (images, sizes, colours), but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are entirely error-free.
4.2. Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. fraudulent, pricing errors, restricted items).
4.4 We craft all products using natural, wildcrafted, and plant-based ingredients. While we take care to ensure accuracy, product appearance, scent, and texture may vary due to the natural components.
Pricing & payment
5.1. All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
5.2. We accept Debit card, Credit card, PayPal. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
5.3. In case of an error in pricing, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at correct price.
Order & contract formation
6.1. When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment (email). This does not yet constitute a binding contract.
6.2. A contract only comes into existence when we dispatch the goods (or, in the case of digital products, when we make them available), and we send a confirmation email.
Delivery / shipping
7.1. We will deliver to the address you specify, in the UK (or other territories if applicable).
7.2. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or in product pages. Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to deliver within 7 days of contract formation (unless your item is made to order).
7.3. If delivery fails (wrong address, refusal, etc.), we may charge you reasonable additional costs for re-delivery.
Returns, refunds & cancellations
8.1. Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you a 14-day “cooling off” period (from the date you receive goods) during which you may cancel for any reason (goods must be unused, in original packaging).
8.2. You must notify us in writing (email or web form) within 14 days of receipt if you wish to cancel.
8.3. We will refund you (excluding any original delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return).
8.4. Exceptions / non-returnable items (opened, used products, custom orders, hygiene sealed broken items)
8.5. For faulty or damaged goods, you are entitled to refund, typically within 30 days for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
9.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses.
9.2. Our aggregate liability to you will not exceed the price paid by you for the goods in question.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Intellectual property / site content
10.1. All content on this website (text, images, designs, trademarks) is owned by us or licensed to us. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercialise any material without express permission.
10.2. If you submit reviews, images, or content via our site, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them (for marketing, social media, etc.).
Links / third parties
11.1. Our site may link to third-party websites; these are not under our control, so we disclaim responsibility for their content.
11.2. We may use third parties (e.g. payment processors, delivery services). Your agreement with them is separate, and you should review their terms.
Force majeure
12.1. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
Severability / waiver / entire agreement
13.1. If any term is found invalid, it will be severed, and remaining Terms remain in force.
13.2. A waiver by us of any right or breach does not constitute waiver of other rights.
13.3. These Terms (plus policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase.
Governing law & dispute resolution
14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland, whichever your business is based).
14.2. You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
14.3. For consumer disputes, you may refer to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service if we agree, or you may take the matter to your local small claims court.
