Return & Refund Policy
Your cancellation / return rights
1.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, for any reason, as long as the goods are returned in their original, unused condition with packaging (if applicable).
1.2. To cancel, you must inform us via email or our returns form before the 14-day period expires, giving your name, order number, and what goods you wish to return.
How to return / return process
2.1. After notification, we’ll provide you with return instructions and address.
2.2. You are responsible for returning items, unless the item is faulty or not as described (in which case we cover return cost).
2.3. Goods must be packaged securely, unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact.
Refunds / timing
3.1. Once received, we will inspect and notify you promptly if everything is in order.
3.2. We will refund using the same payment method you used. Where you cancel under your 14-day right to cancel, your refund will include the cost of standard delivery for sending the goods to you. If you selected a more expensive delivery option (such as express or next-day), we will refund the equivalent of our standard delivery rate and may withhold the difference. For faulty or incorrect items, all delivery costs you paid will be refunded in full.
3.3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving returned goods (or proof of return).
Exclusions / exceptions
4.1. Some items may be non-returnable (e.g. opened skincare containers, hygiene sealed items, custom or personalised products).
4.2. If goods are returned damaged (beyond what’s reasonably required to inspect them), we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
4.3. If you fail to return goods within a reasonable time (typically 14 days from cancellation), we may withdraw your refund.
4.4 For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty. We recommend patch-testing new products before full use. If you experience any reaction, please stop use and contact us so we can help.
Faulty / incorrect goods
5.1. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, or replacement under your statutory rights
5.2. If your goods are faulty, you have the right to reject them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible with evidence (e.g. photos), and we'll arrange a return at our cost.
5.3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process refund or replacement without undue delay.
Refund of additional costs
6.1. If the original shipping was free or discounted, we may deduct a proportionate shipping cost.
6.2. Where we offered free returns (e.g. for faulty items), we reimburse the return postage cost.
Changes / updates
7.1. We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy, but any change will not affect rights already accrued.
We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
